We love to experiment – we like likes and hates and welcome any comments to our process. Read on about two of many of our experiments, which have been offered to the public at London Coffee Festivals 2012 and 2013 respectively.

We experiment with the extraction – it is a deconstruction and subsequent reconstruction of espresso to arrive at a better cup

Coffeenade is a continued series of experiments deconstructing coffee, but, unlike last year’s subsequent reconstruction, it focuses on milk. We would like to demonstrate how the texture and taste of milk will change with gaseous processing. In combination with our chosen beans, it will show a refreshing acidicity with a sparkling sensation as well as/or being sweet, creamily smooth, even as a cold drink.
