Behind the espresso bar is the cafe’s kitchen running like clockwork at lunch time.
Rather cool baristas pulling shots and brew with intense serious focus.
Espresso: house blend, smooth balance of acidity and nuts with light body. Felt less heavy than yesterday’s cups.
Hand brew: Ethiopia Yirgachefee Wote, tasty brew with sweet ripe strawberry and hint of grape fruit acidity and tea like quality.
