Learning to identify taste of coffee

This will be the beginning of an on going exercise of exploring tasting notes or descriptions people often use to describe taste of coffee.
I will try and use SCAA tasting wheel as a bases to gather my real life relevant samples.
If you are reading this please feel free to comment and point me directions!
First are stone fruits:

Nectarine : September Bright
Taste similar to peach but texture firmer.

Peach : Ryan Sun
Sweet even with skin. Acidity not from skin

Plum: Flavorking
Very sweet with aroma of turpentine! Skin is where acidity is.
