Sweet caramel with red cherries note: yes! Colombia Oparapa !

We have more Columbia beans in our grinder
Oparapa is from the Huila region
It is juicy red berries that turns into caramel milk chocolate sweetness
With milk it softens up the acidity while enhancing the caramel chocolate smoothness with a touch of red berries.
Gets you ready for the summer!! (okay it is not here yet but it is close…)

Apologies for latte art perfectionist, it is not so symmetrical and I will work on it !
